Former Bismarck High wrestlers Christian and Wilfried Tanefeu who graduated in 2021 were just on the morning TV show Live! with Kelly & Ryan on Monday morning.

The two brothers moved to Bismarck from Cameroon, Africa both received scholarships from Michigan University for wrestling.  Kelly Ripa's son is also on the wrestling team for Michigan.  They must have become good friends because the two Tanefeu brothers spent the Thanksgiving holiday with the famous family.  Here's a shot of the group.

Christian and Wilried Tanefeu moved to Bismarck right before high school and had never wrestled before moving to North Dakota.  The two didn't even speak a bit of English before moving to North Dakota.

Bismarck High School is well known for its wrestling program as there is a plethora of hardware in the school from its state tournament appearances.  Bismarck High School has won 8 of the last 9 North Dakota State High School Wrestling Championships.  Including, the last 5 state tournaments, and the Tanefeu brothers certainly had a big part in this historic program.  One of the most dominant high school sports programs not only in North Dakota but the nation.

Here's the video where Kelly shows some pictures of her family and the former Bismarck High School wrestlers.  If you skip ahead in the video to 5:25 you'll see the photos of her Thanksgiving.

Another feather in the cap of the prestigious Bismarck High School Demons wrestling program for sure.

We want to wish all the best to the former Demons Christian and Wilfried Tanefeu and best of luck wrestling for Michigan University.
