Like I have said many times, this is yet another example of how things can change so quickly

What I mean by "Change" is that one day it seems like you are driving down that same street you take five days a week, to go to work, and then literally you glance over and notice a business has shut down. "WHEN did that happen?" you ask yourself.

Sadly, it happens more than you think

Not too long ago, we all experienced the loss of Schlotzsky's - this wonderful place over at 2000 N 12th St Ste 130 after 23 years of making so many people happy closed their doors for good. Now, right next door, their neighbor appears to have done the same thing.

Pizza Hut - All the obvious SIGNS are there ( or NOT There )

Social media picked up on this earlier today - people noticing the one painful thing: a missing sign ( as in stripped away ) - Pizza Hut's Bismarck Facebook page has 2020 N 12th St as Permanently Closed. Judging by most of the comments, people were quite surprised how quickly the place turned so dark - no signs anywhere, no explanations on the empty building.

Pizza Hut still offers up two locations in Bismarck

The loss of the Pizza Hut location on 2020 N 12th St was fairly sudden, the chain still has two locations in Bismarck - Pizza Hut at 1012 S 12th St Ste 100 - and the other one is a Pizza Hut Express - located at 800 Kirkwood Mall. The lesson here, I guess, is that it's easy to take things for granted
