After living in San Diego, California, almost my whole life, about 11 years ago moved to North Dakota. The only thing I knew about this State was from the movie FARGO. I had never experienced weather below 35 degrees on the plus side. Black ice was foreign to me. I knew I was moving to a much smaller city ( Fargo ), but I had no clue what people would be like.
