Old Chicago is Coming

The Chicago style pizza spot is coming to Bismarck.

Northeast Bismarck is about to get a new food option. an 11,000 square foot shopping center is in the process of being built on Trenton Drive with the south side of that center being a brand new Old Chicago beer and Pizza franchise.

Construction will begin in the next two weeks, with the hope that it will be finished by late 2019 or early 2020.

According to the Bismarck Tribune:

Randy Rhone is the franchise owner of the upcoming Old Chicago in Bismarck. Rhone explained how the northeast side of Bismarck lacks food options, so he believes it will be a good addition to the area.

This location will host around 70 employees in Old Chicago alone. Rhone will be looking for bar, kitchen and restaurant managers and full- and part-time employees in the upcoming months.

Rhone also owns of Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Minot and Mandan, Big-O tires in Mandan, Little Caesars in Bismarck, Mandan, Minot and Dickinson and Edible Arrangements in Bismarck.

Wow, this guy Randy is really making some moves in this town.
