We might have to wait a little longer.

Doug Peterson, the Eagles Coach was pretty testy when he was questioned by reporters today according to NFL.com 

"I don't know how many times I can answer this question," Pederson said. "When they clear him, he'll be cleared."

 

"I'm not going to put myself in a box. I'm not going to put my quarterback in a box," Pederson said when asked when Wentz's clearing might be expected. "I'm not going to do that. And I'm not going to go on a limb and not going to say that. Either ask it a different way or otherwise you're going to get the same answer."

It's obvious that Doug is frustrated but it seems the team is doing right by Carson, considering a return from ACL surgery is at least a 10-month process. At this point, there is no new news about him possibly opening the season as QB.

That's ok because they are deep at QB for the short term. Hopefully, some good news is lurking around the corner.
